Packaging Manager/Cellar Manager

We are looking for a Packaging Manager Cellar Manager to add to our team. 
This position is 30 - 40 hours per week and requires the ability to handle a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate a Cask Canning ACS 5 head canning line
Operate a maheen 4 head bottler
Coordinate team members for packaging run help
Maintain Inventory logs and counts
Perform regular standard maintenance on equipment
Clean and turn brewing tanks regularly
Transfer and Carbonate beer for finishing
Arrange Pallets in the Cooler
Stock Taproom Beer Cooler
Safely operate a forklift in tight spaces
Be comfortable working with brewery chemicals and maintain safety standards during routine cleaning of brewing equipment
Clean tap lines with a cleaning machine
Occasionally work festivals and tastings
Successful candidates will also:
Be willing to assist in other areas of the brewery if needed
Have experience in brewery CIP processes
Be willing to learn new things, troubleshoot any issues
Quickly troubleshoot machines that need adjustment and/or repair
Possess attention to detail and a commitment to producing a quality product
Must be able to lift a keg with a team member

Compensation is felxible based on experience.
