Job Title: Taproom Manager 

Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week), weekends required

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Taproom Manager to join our brewery team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should be driven to get things done and thrive on tackling challenges head-on. Strong observation skills, confidence in decision-making, and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team. We’re seeking someone who knows when and how to delegate effectively, while also being hands-on with a knack for fixing things and a solid mechanical aptitude. Job Description: Supervises all areas of the Sketchbook Brewing Co. Skokie taproom under the direction of senior management. Works closely with marketing, events, and production staff. The Taproom Manager actively supervises staff working in the tap room, manages and coordinates inventory with brewery production, manages and executes a variety of events throughout the year, manages and schedules brewery tours, and assists in the strategic planning and budgeting for the retail side of our operations.
