Brand Representative - Illinois Choom

Position Summary:

The Hopewell Brewing Company is growing and in need of an Account Manager for Choom. This position reports directly to the Illinois Sales Manager and will maintain and develop accounts in the On and Off premise in Illinois. The successful applicant will be passionate about Hemp Beverages and telling Hopewell’s story. 

About Us:

The Hopewell Brewing Company is a progressive craft brewery located in Logan Square Chicago. We operate a taproom and brewery and distribute beer and hemp beverages in Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Tennessee, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin.  

The Role:

• Work with Sales Manager to execute a daily schedule of sales calls within the territory, focusing on adding new points of distribution and new customers for the Choom brand, Hopewell’s line of THC beverages
• Maintain and develop relationships with on- and off-premise accounts Hopewell’s Illinois Market. Add new accounts and program with existing accounts
• Organize and execute event appearances (festivals, dinners, in-store tastings, etc.)
• Educate distributor reps on Hopewell’s Choom brand and overall sales priorities
• Identify and report quality control (QC) checks of products in the field
• Have an understanding of Hopewell’s production plan and how to provide customer education on hemp beverages
• Key performance indicators are points of distribution (PODs), DID buys, and total volume

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated relationship building experience
• Sales experience required
• Love and knowledge of craft beverage
• Some weekend and evening availability 
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 plus potential for bonus depending on performance
