Revolution Brewing and Reverb, our THC-infused beverage brand, are growing—and we’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to take the wheel. Reporting directly to ownership, our Director of Sales will lead the charge across our wholesale beer and THC beverage business, guiding a team of Regional Managers, National Accounts, and field staff to keep Revolution top-of-mind with distributors, chain accounts, and drinkers alike.
This isn’t a desk-only job—you’ll be in the market building relationships, setting strategy, and inspiring the team with the same passion and hustle that’s built Revolution into Chicago’s largest independent brewery. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver on ambitious goals, while keeping the culture fun, collaborative, and performance-driven.
This role is based in Chicago, our hometown and our only home base. Expect to be on the road weekly in Chicagoland, with regional and national travel as needed to keep Revolution moving forward.
